What is Parent Enhancement Program?
Since 1990, our staff and volunteers have been nurturing, inspiring, empowering and educating teenage and young parents– mothers, fathers, babies, children and families as a whole... with value and respect based services. We have a positive history of providing services that have proven effective in improving outcomes for teenage and young parent families.

As a respected non-profit human service agency, serving parents and parents-to-be ages 13 through 25, we offer professional collaborative opportunities in a challenging supportive environment - making a difference in the lives of children and families in our community. Our staff and volunteers facilitate the well-being and self-sufficiency of our young parents, and their children, through wrap-around services which support a healthy pregnancy, healthy children, and the well-being of the family as a whole – be it a single parent family unit or other combinations that make up that family unit.

Parent Enhancement Program serves parents and soon-to-be-parents, teenage and young mothers and fathers, age 13 through 25, residing in Benton County, Oregon.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, our staff is usually out of the office working with our families, so please leave us a message and one of us will return your call as soon as possible.

Fees: There are no fees for parents nor their children to participate in our classes, events or activities.

Parent Enhancement Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a community where each child and young parent enjoys the safe, stable and supportive relationships needed to reach their potential.
